PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES AUGUST 28, 2023

 

Meeting called to order – 7:00pm

 

PRESENT

            Amy Bollinger, Jack Brown, Tim Eckard (acting chair), Larry Ingersoll, Patricia Wink

 

ABSENT

            None.

 

Unfinished Business:

 

1.       Board in need of an ETJ board member. This is role is now fulfilled by Jack Brown. The board expresses its gratitude to Jack for being willing to serve.

 

2.       Election of chair. Tim Eckard nominated to serve as chair. Vote 5-0 to elect Tim chair.

 

3.       Discussion about moving PB meetings to a virtual or hybrid format to allow increased flexibility for board members and make it easier for members of the public to participate since public participation has been sparse. Board discussion revolved around a virtual option but no consensus was met. Members agreed to table any vote on the matter until a later meeting date since 3 board members are new.
