Meeting Called to order at 7:00 PM

Motion to approve the May 2019 minutes by Mark, Ben second ,motion carried

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Table election of new chairperson to July meeting when all PB member are present

2. Plan a PB workshop for current and new members to go over rules and regulations of planning board member roles , possibly plan for August 2019 time frame.

NEW BUISNESS: None

Guest speaker Mike Posten with Jackson County Planning department went over the processes of Land Use applications and ordinances and answered public and PB questions.
