Resources for Seniors: I run a website called SeniorsMobility.org, which provides information for seniors to stay active, mobile, and independent. I’ve recently published comprehensive guides that might be of interest to the residents of Forest Hills, including nearly two dozen guides on various types of mobility exercises for seniors (including free downloadable PDFs of the exercises). You can see one of the exercise guides here: Best Mobility Exercises for Seniors Here are the links to some of the resources: Free Wheelchairs & Free Mobility Scooters in the US – List of Programs State by State Where to Donate Wheelchairs and Walkers Near Me Maurice Muise, M.Sc.
