FOREST HILLS PLANNING BOARD MINUTES MAY 20 2013

 

JANIE PRENTICE CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER.

MINUTES FROM LAST MEETING WERE READ AND APPROVED.

We have a new planning board member Rick Cardona who was sworn in at last council meeting.

Discussions:

1. Janie will get with Kolleen about the prior survey results to have before next meeting.
2. Do we want to change our mission statement based on the info Todd provided to us.
3. Janie provided us with a map of the village prior to Cave Springs
4. Janie asked if we all got a chance to go to Cave Springs area to check out the road issues.
5. Discussed the options of the chip and seal type paving on sections of Cave Springs

The planning board agreed to let members obtain more info about the paving of Cave Springs Road before the next meeting

Kent and Rick are responsible for contact the proper people to be present at our next meeting and or obtain information.

Our next meeting is June 17-1013
