Meeting was called to order @ 7:00 pm

 

Old business:

1. Cave Spring Rd

Rick was unable to attend the meeting so in order to move forward with the recommendation for Cave Springs Rd. , Rick is to update us on Wed 10/23 , and  email us the rough draft of the recommendation . In order for us to not have to meet again before the Nov council meeting, which is when we want to present the recommendation.

 

2. Vision/mission Statement for Village

The planning board agreed that we would like to also present the "vision /mission statement for the Village" before our current Mayor Jim Wallace leaves office.

Todd has agreed to work up the mission statement and email to all of us for approval. Also to be presented to council at Nov meeting.

 

 

3. Discussion of meeting with Developer Chris Green. The planning board is currently awaiting some requested info from Mr. Green (ex. prior plans submitted in the past to the council) and a "plan" of how he would like to  lay out the new development of the golf course area.

We agreed that is was a good meeting that we had with Mr.  Green and are interested in moving forward with this issue.

 

New Business:

Nilofer Couture village home owner and neighbor attended our meeting in hopes of being able to serve on the planning board committee .

Janie is going to recommend to the mayor that we add her to our planning board.
