Council Meeting Minutes

Minutes for Village Council meetings are listed to the left here by year.  Click on the year then the month to view the minutes.  Please see the Meetings tab for dates and times of the monthly Council meetings.

The Council is a 5 member board (mayor + 4 councilmembers) elected to represent the citizens of the Village of Forest Hills.  Elections are held every 2 years.  The Council is a legislative body with decision-making authority often prompted by the advisory committees and boards of the Village.

The monthly Council meetings are open to the public.  The public can sign up at the beginning of the meeting to speak during Public Comments on the agenda and are encouraged to do so.  Current agendas are posted on the "Next Meeting Agenda" tab on this website one week prior to each monthly meeting.
